IV World Week of Italian Cuisine – 2019


Food Education: The Culture of Taste is the theme of the fourth World Week of Italian Cuisine. This event launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation aims to promote quality Italian cuisine and our farm produce abroad, through seminars, conferences, meetings with chefs and cooking courses, tastings and dinners. Italian cuisine will also be described through art, film screenings, concerts and photographic exhibitions.

The Consulate General of Italy, the Italian Cultural Institute and the IACCW in Los Angeles will promote Italy’s culinary tradition and gastronomic excellence, as well as the Mediterranean diet as a healthy lifestyle and a model of balanced nutrition, through a series of events organized during the month of November in Los Angeles. The rich program includes:
