The famous Paris Photo Exhibition made its first appearance in Los Angeles on April 25th in the iconic streets and spaces of the Paramount Studios in Hollywood. The event took place in partnership with various sponsors, including Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani, represented at the show by niece Roberta. Many Hollywood celebs visited the installation, including Sean Penn, Kevin Bacon and others. Armani specifically presented “ACQUA #3,” a new body of work by renowned photographer Jim Goldberg. Water supply has been a social cause supported by Giorgio Armani through the “Acqua for Life” project, which he established in 2011, and has helped to collect more than 95 million litres of drinkable water for Green Cross International. “Acqua for Life” is now joining forces with J/P Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO), Sean Penn’s NGO dedicated to saving lives and bringing sustainable programs to Haiti.
