REDEEM ITALIAN POSTAL BONDS AND SAVING BOOKS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Italian Postal Bonds and Saving Books may be redeemed from overseas and the proceeds may be wire transferred to the holder\u2019s bank accounts.<\/p>\n

The following procedure must be followed:<\/p>\n

1) Fill in and sign the Application Form W14<\/a><\/strong><\/span> indicating the bond\u2019s series number, the amount, the issuing date and the Post Office that issued the bond.<\/p>\n

2) Fill in and sign the Modalita\u2019 pagamento Form<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to indicate the method of payment and indicate the holder\u2019s bank account information.<\/p>\n

3) Certified copy of the Applicant\u2019s passport and of the Italian codice fiscale.<\/p>\n

Please note: the applicant\u2019s signatures on both forms as well as the certifications of the passport and Italian codice fiscal copy need to be notarized either by:<\/p>\n

– a Consular Officer, by signing the forms in person at the Consulate (a valid passport is required for identification). Please email to notarile.losangeles@esteri.it<\/a> to schedule an appointment.<\/p>\n

or<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 a local Notary Public. In this case, the documents need to be legalized with an Apostille.<\/p>\n

Please note that the form about the method of payment must be filled in completely and legibly, paying special attention to the holder\u2019s bank account details such as:<\/p>\n
