If your parent was recognized as a citizen through another Italian Consulate

If your parent was recognized as an Italian citizen by descent through another Italian Consulate:

 

According to Italian law, children whose parent’s Italian citizenship was recognized by another consulate must present all documentation necessary up to the most recent Italian-born ancestor in their line of descent. Therefore, you will need to submit the documentation according to categories 3 to 11, dependent upon which situation described in each of the categories applies to you.
