A new documentary tells the story of Italians in space (September 30, 2013)

The Consulate General, in collaboration with IbiscusMedia, has released a new documentary on Italians’ contribution to space exploration. “The Magnificent Journey” (watch trailer below) narrates this great history from the first liquid propellant rocket to Mars exploration, through the success of the Mariner 10 mission and the venture of Cassini, with special focus on the collaboration with NASA’s JPL. The video was screened for the first time at the Italian Cultural Institute on Sept. 30 and will be later shown at additional locations throughout the country.
