From July 1, 2021 the new portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prenot@Mi (https://prenotami.esteri.it) will be utilized to book appointments for the passport and visa departments.
The system Prenota Online will remain deactivated and will not be utilized to book new appointment.
From July 1, 2021 you can register to the new Prenot@Mi portal to for your appointments following the instructions indicated on the website https://prenotami.esteri.it. We will not be accommodating email requests for appointments for passports or visas.
