It is now possible to download online your vital records in Italy, free of charge, for oneself and for one’s family member without needing to go in person to your Comune in Italy.

These certificates are obtainable on the following website to access www.anagrafenazionale.interno.it/servizi-al-cittadino. You will need to have a digital identification (SPID, Electronic ID Card or CNS). You may also request certificates on behalf of family members that will appear on your profile. This service will allow you to preview the certificates, to verify the accuracy of the information, and subsequently o download the certificate or receive it by email in pdf format.
